Proverbs 3:33,35 (spiritual inheritances): The curse of the Lord is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just. The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

Proverbs 13:22 (physical inheritances): A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Deuteronomy 4:40 (keeper of God's law--well with children): Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever.

Proverbs 20:7 (righteous--children blessed): The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.

Deuteronomy 5:29 (keeper of commandments--well with children): O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!

Deuteronomy 12:25 (obedient to law--well with children): Thou shalt not eat it [blood]; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the Lord.

Deut. 30:1-3 (return to the Lord--bring back children from captivity): And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee, and shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; that then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.

Psalm 103:17-18 (fear the Lord--children receive mercy, righteousness): But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children; to such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

Proverbs 11:21 (righteous--children delivered): Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.

Deuteronomy 12:28 (obedience to commands--well with children): Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the Lord thy God.

1 Kings 15:4 (David's righteousness --blessing to son): Nevertheless for David's sake did the Lord his God give him a lamp in Jerusalem, to set up his son after him, and to establish Jerusalem.
