Matt. 5:43-46: "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love [agapao] your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, Love [agapao] your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love [agapao] those who love [agapao] you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?

Matt. 19:19: Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love [agapao] your neighbor as yourself."

Matt. 24:12: And because wickedness is multiplied, most men's love [agape] will grow cold.

Mark 12:30-33: And you shall love [agapao] the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.' The second is this, 'You shall love [agapao] your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." And the scribe said to him, "You are right, Teacher; you have truly said that he is one, and there is no other but he; and to love [agapao] him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love [agapao] one's neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices." Luke 6:27-35: "But I say to you that hear, Love [agapao] your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from him who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt. Give to every one who begs from you; and of him who takes away your goods do not ask them again. And as you wish that men would do to you, do so to them. "If you love [agapao] those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love [agapao] them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love [agapao] your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for he is kind to the ungrateful and the selfish.

Luke 7:4-5: And when they came to Jesus, they besought him earnestly, saying, "He is worthy to have you do this for him, for he loves [agapao] our nation, and he built us our synagogue."

John 13:34-35: A new commandment I give to you, that you love [agapao] one another; even as I have loved [agapao] you, that you also love [agapao] one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love [agapao] for one another."

John 15:12-13: This is my commandment, that you love [agapao] one another as I have loved [agapao] you. Greater love [agape] has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 15:17, 19: This I command you, to love [agapao] one another. If you were of the world, the world would love [phileo] its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

John 17:23-24: I in them and thou in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved [agapao] them even as thou hast loved [agapao] me. Father, I desire that they also, whom thou hast given me, may be with me where I am, to behold my glory which thou hast given me in thy love [agapao] for me before the foundation of the world.

John 21:15-17: When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of John, do you love [agapao] me more than these?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love [phileo] you." He said to him, "Feed my lambs." A second time he said to him, "Simon, son of John, do you love [agapao] me?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love [phileo] you." He said to him, "Tend my sheep." He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of John, do you love [phileo] me?" Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, "Do you love [phileo] me?" And he said to him, "Lord, you know everything; you know that I love [phileo] you." Jesus said to him, "Feed my sheep.

Romans 12:9: Let love [agape] be genuine; hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good; 10. Love [philostorgos] one another with brotherly affection [philadelphia]; outdo one another in showing honor.

Romans 13:8-10: Owe no one anything, except to love [agapao] one another; for he who loves [agapao] his neighbor has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet," and any other commandment, are summed up in this sentence, "You shall love [agapao] your neighbor as yourself." Love [agape] does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love [agape] is the fulfilling of the law.

Romans 14:15: If your brother is being injured by what you eat, you are no longer walking in love [agapao]. Do not let what you eat cause the ruin of one for whom Christ died.

Romans 15:30: I appeal to you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love [agape] of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf.

1 Cor. 4: 21: What do you wish? Shall I come to you with a rod, or with love [agape] in a spirit of gentleness?

1 Cor. 13:1-8a,13: If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love [agape], I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love [agape], I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love [agape], I gain nothing. Love [agape] is patient and kind; love [agape] is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love [agape] does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love [agape] bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love [agape] never ends… So faith, hope, love [agape] abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love [agape].

1 Cor. 14:1: Make love [agape] your aim, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

1 Cor. 16:14: Let all that you do be done in love [agape].

1 Cor. 16:24: My love [agape] be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.

2 Cor. 2:4: For I wrote you out of much affliction and anguish of heart and with many tears, not to cause you pain but to let you know the abundant love [agape] that I have for you.

2 Cor. 2:8: So I beg you to reaffirm your love [agape] for him [the offender in the Corinth church].

2 Cor. 8:7-8,24: Now as you excel in everything—in faith, in utterance, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in your love [agape] for us—see that you excel in this gracious work also. I say this not as a command, but to prove by the earnestness of others that your love [agape] also is genuine. So give proof, before the churches, of your love [agape] and of our boasting about you to these men.

2 Cor. 9:7: Each one must do as he has made up his mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves [agapao] a cheerful giver.

2 Cor. 11:11: And why? Because I do not love [agapao] you? God knows I do!

2 Cor. 12:15: I will most gladly spend and be spent for your souls. If I love [agapao] you the more, am I to be loved [agapao] the less?

2 Cor. 13:11: Finally, brethren, farewell. Mend your ways, heed my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love [agape] and peace will be with you. 14. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love [agape] of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Gal. 5:13: For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love [agape] be servants of one another. 14. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, "You shall love [agapao] your neighbor as yourself."

Gal. 5:22: But the fruit of the Spirit is love [agape], joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23. gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law.

Eph. 1:15-16: For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love [agape] toward all the saints, I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.

Eph. 4:2: With all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one another in love [agape].

Eph. 4:15-16: Rather, speaking the truth in love [agape], we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by every joint with which it is supplied, when each part is working properly, makes bodily growth and upbuilds itself in love [agape].

Eph. 5:2: And walk in love [agape], as Christ loved [agapao] us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Eph. 5:33: However, let each one of you love [agapao] his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

Phil. 1:9: And it is my prayer that your love [agape] may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment.

Phil. 1:15-16: Some indeed preach Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from good will. The latter do it out of love [agape], knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel.

Phil. 2:1-2: So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any incentive of love [agape], any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love [agape], being in full accord and of one mind.

1 Thes. 1:3: Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labor of love [agape], and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father.

Titus 2:3-4: Bid the older women likewise to be reverent in behavior, not to be slanderers or slaves to drink; they are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love [philandros] their husbands and children,

Titus 3:15: All who are with me send greetings to you. Greet those who love [phileo] us in the faith. Grace be with you all.

Philemon 1:4-5: I thank my God always when I remember you in my prayers, because I hear of your love [agape] and of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and all the saints,

Philemon 1:7: For I have derived much joy and comfort from your love [agape], my brother, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you.

Philemon 1:9: Yet for love's [agape] sake I prefer to appeal to you--I, Paul, an ambassador and now a prisoner also for Christ Jesus.

Heb. 6:10: For God is not so unjust as to overlook your work and the love [agape] which you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do.

Heb. 10:24: And let us consider how to stir up one another to love [agape] and good works.

Heb. 13:1-2: Let brotherly love [philadelphia] continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality [philoxenia] to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

James 2:8: If you really fulfil the royal law, according to the scripture, "You shall love [agapao] your neighbor as yourself," you do well.

In this is love [agape] perfected with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment, because as he is so are we in this world. There is no fear in love [agape], but perfect love [agape] casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and he who fears is not perfected in love [agape]. If any one says, "I love [agapao] God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love [agapao] his brother whom he has seen, cannot love [agapao] God whom he has not seen. And his commandments are not burdensome.
